2. Reflect and practiceManagement staff collectively think about the meaning of sustainability in terms of their behaviour and practise new forms of behaviour. |

3. Do it and learnEstablish breakthrough teams to tread creative paths and try unconventional solutions while avoiding old routines and perspectives. The breakthrough projects is given top priority. Blocks are removed and the necessary support provided. The experience gained is continually monitored. |

4. IntegrationThe new procedure is communicated to the whole organisation and given the necessary support. |
